Working to Make a Difference for People and Communities
Enterprise is a national leader in helping communities build and preserve safe, healthy, quality housing that’s affordable for people with low and moderate incomes. Through our programs and partnerships, we also ensure that affordable housing is connected to other critical resources all people need to be successful, like education, transportation, health care, child care and employment. We achieve large-scale results by working with partners across the private and public sectors, including community leaders, financial institutions, foundations and policymakers at all levels of government.
Were it not for Enterprise, much of the affordable housing that has been created over the past 30 years, especially for the lowest-income renters, would not exist. Going forward, our leadership and our partnerships are critical in shaping the new programs and policies that are needed to address the growing affordable housing crisis.
