Enterprise Community Partners, Inc., is a national nonprofit organization providing expertise for affordable housing and sustainable communities, and serves as the parent organization of our subsidiaries. Enterprise Community Partners offers neighborhood solutions through public-private partnerships with financial institutions, governments, community organizations and others that share our vision.
Enterprise Community Loan Fund
Our tax-exempt subsidiary, Enterprise Community Loan Fund, Inc., offers loan products to support the work of developers and nonprofit organizations, and also operates a unique investment opportunity, the Enterprise Community Impact Note.
Enterprise Community Investment
Our for-profit subsidiary, Enterprise Community Investment, Inc., is a real estate investment services company for affordable housing and community development, providing partners with development capital via equity and debt products, and expertise in community development practices.
Enterprise Homes
Enterprise Community Investment's subsidiary, Enterprise Homes, Inc., offers development and consulting services, including community planning, financing, construction management and marketing.
Enterprise Business Partners
Enterprise Business Partners houses the shared services for the Enterprise family of companies. These support services include Information Technology, Human Resources and Facilities Management/Purchasing.
