Green Cleaning and Building Maintenance

We are a developer in Baltimore who will be opening a new multifamily building next spring. The building is being built to LEED standards. I would like to know if anyone knows of someone who could conduct trainings for property maintenance staff in green cleaning, water conservation, HVAC, site resource management which could help build the knowledge base of professionals in the industry. This could become a workforce development and training issue which could attract outside funding.

SAHF to Hold Energy Management Tool Webinar

In partnership with Bright Power, Inc., Stewards of Affordable Housing for the Future (SAHF) is hosting a webinar titled Energy Management Tools for Affordable Housing on August 22nd at 2pm EDT. This webinar will highlight a collection of tools, developed by SAHF and Bright Power, Inc. with support from New York Community Trust and Doris Duke Foundation, which are intended to help improve energy and water management and reduce costs, spending and environmental impacts over the long‐term, while helping to preserve affordable properties.
